Download the Launcher

Setup

  1. Have Yandere Simulator installed

    You need to download the game from YandereDev's official sources first. The launcher does not contain any game files, and will not do anything on its own.

  2. Put the launcher in the game folder, then run it

    Put YandereTogether.exe in the same folder your game runs in. Then simply run the launcher.

    The Yandere Together launcher on its Play screen. A banner across the top reads "You don't have Yandere Together installed!" with an Install button beside it, above the Host a session and Join a session cards.

    After you run it, all you have to do is click on the "Install" button. The launcher will get the necessary files for you.

  3. Host a room, or join one

    Players' games will launch at the same time once the players in the room are ready.

If you host

Create a new save, choose that save slot and read the room code out to the other player.

If you join

Type the room code in and wait for the host to start.

Before you ask

My Windows Defender flagged the launcher as malicious. Is this safe?

Yes, it's safe. Most likely, you've encountered Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml, which means it's a heuristic based on certain machine learning patterns. We expect this to be resolved as soon as possible, specifically when Microsoft officially flags it as a false-positive.

What does it mean that it is out for "Early Play-testing?"

That simply means the current version will have bugs and incomplete features, and it also means that we're looking for your feedback (in our Discord server!). However, there will be regular updates to get closer to a stable version, day by day.

Does it work with PoseMod?

It used to work with PoseMod, but due to technical hurdles, we removed PoseMod compatibility and moved onto our own way of customizing your character.
